Basic Job Responsibilities:

    • A Wipro Financial Analyst is responsible for handling incoming help requests from clients through telephone and email in a polite and professional manner.
    • They must document all relevant information about the client, such as their name, department, contact information, and the nature of the problem or issue.
    • The Financial Analyst must update their availability in the RAVE system to ensure efficient and effective service.
    • They must record, track, and document all queries received, the steps taken to solve them, and the outcomes of those resolutions.
    • They must follow established procedures to resolve client queries.
    • They must resolve client queries within the time frame defined in the contract.
    • They must access and use internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to aid in effective problem resolution.
    • They must learn and understand appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
    • They must document and analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems.
    • They must maintain and update self-help documents for customers to reduce resolution time.

    • A Wipro Financial Analyst is responsible for identifying red flags and escalating serious client issues to their Team Leader in cases where resolution is untimely.
    • They must ensure that all product information and disclosures are given to clients before and after the call/email requests.
    • They must comply with service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
    • They must provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
    • They must assist clients with navigating around product menus and facilitate better understanding of product features.
    • They must troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
    • They must maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per standard procedures and guidelines.
    • They must accurately process and record all incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software.
    • They must offer alternative solutions to clients (when appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.
    • They must organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
    • They must follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract/SLAs.
    • They must undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.
    • They must enrol in product-specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations.
    • They must partner with Team Leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client.
    • They must update job knowledge by participating in self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
