Brief Description:
Eligibility:
- Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM (Finance Specialization) fresher (0 to 6 months experience) with a good academic track record.
- Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of corporate finance/accountancy i.e., financial statements and annual reports.
- Well-versed in secondary research sources.
- Willing to work in a 24*5 environment on rotational shifts.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
Required Skills:
- MBA fresher candidates with a good academic track record: individuals who have recently completed their Master of Business Administration degree and have a strong performance in their academic studies.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills: ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Willing to work in a 24*5 environment on rotational shifts: willingness to work in a 24 hour, 5 day per week schedule that includes rotating shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate with others and build positive relationships.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets is a plus: advantage for the candidate if they have knowledge and understanding of financial markets and related concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/ priorities/ projects: ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities while ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
- High-quality data (Financial/ Non-Financial Data) collation, analysis, extraction, and entering the data in work tools as per guideline specifications for assigned vertical.
- Understand the working of the dataset, be aware of the workflows, and have a strong working knowledge of work tools.
- Providing input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
- Create tech expertise within the department
- Troubleshoots problems or issues and support the team in enhancing the workflow/ processes for the department.
- Reviewing feedback involving transaction content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy
